Larry has dedicated his career to serving local communities in Illinois and California leading community and economic development activities. He has directed planning, building, code enforcement, housing, economic development, and marketing functions for small rural towns, medium-sized suburbs, and large urban centers. Larry has served as CEO of two regional, private-public economic development organizations and has led teams as large as 140 members.
